Cancellation and Refund policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations and refunds for services provided by Webcrafteion.

1. Project Initiation and Advance Payment

• An advance payment of 50% is required prior to project commencement.
• Project work begins only after receiving the advance payment.

2. Cancellation by Client

All the details about the project including prices will be discussed prior. If the client cancels the project after the advance payment, the advance payment will be non-refundable.

3. Cancellation by WebCrafteion

We may collect the following types of information:

• WebCrafteion reserves the right to cancel a project in exceptional circumstances (e.g., inability to proceed due to technical or legal issues).
• In such cases, any payments made to WebCrafteion by client is refundable propotionally.

4. Refunds

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Webcrafteion via email.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days of approval.
• Certain services, such as custom designs, hosting fees, or third-party software purchases, will be non-refundable

5.Modifications to Policy

WebCrafteion may update this policy from time to time without any prior notice at any time. We request you to review this policy periodically.
