WebCrafteion provides web design, development, SEO, Google ads and related digital solutions. The scope, features, and timelines of each project will be mutually agreed upon before commencement.
Each project includes a limited number and days of revisions, as stated in the project agreement.
Additional revisions or scope changes may result in extra costs and extended timelines.
We strive to deliver projects within the agreed timeframe. However, project delays may occur if clients do not provide required content, approvals, or feedback on time.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and all necessary content (text, images, logos, etc.) required to complete the project.
Upon full payment, ownership of the website and deliverables will be transferred to the client.
In cases where hosting is provided by WebCrafteion, the hosting account remains with us. Only the website and its deliverables will be transferred. For hosting renewal, the client will be responsible for the applicable fees.
WebCrafteion reserves the right to display completed work in our portfolio or marketing materials.
If your project requires third-party tools, plugins, or hosting, additional costs may apply.
WebCrafteion is not responsible for third-party updates, outages, or changes that may affect your website.
After project completion, we may offer support and maintenance packages as per agreement.
Free support is limited to the period mentioned in your project contract.
WebCrafteion shall not be liable for any loss of data, business interruption, suspension of domain or damages caused by website downtime, hacking, or third-party failures.
WebCrafteion can change this policy from time to time without any prior notice at any time. We request you to review this policy periodically. If any changes occur in our policy then our existing, as well as new client’s, will be agreed with our new policy.
